I guess the fact that I’m on abc diet stresses me out..
i dunno, i can’t somehow get away with binge at the end of the day.
maybe eat more throughout a day?
So here’s my new plan:
- eat between 500~1000kcal per day
- Burn 500 every day
- if don’t feel like workout, must keep intake under 500.

Limit: 500
workout:
- Billy advanced Taebo 1hr= - 600
(still skeptical about this value.. sounds too good to be true. But i did sweat till my undies got all wet)
- walked to school 1hr = 180
Food:
- Breakfast: apple + iced coffee w/flavour shot = 135
- Lunch: Breakfast cookie oatmeal + green tea= 290
- Dinner: Greek salad + 1 pint of blueberries = 470
i was full enough after this, but ate two more bananas with peanut butter….. omg.
220+ 180 = 400
gum = 10
525/500
pretty good i guess. maybe some yoga before bed..
1300 (BMR) - 525 = 775 burnt: 52500 -> 51725kcal to go.!!
